If You Change Nothing, Nothing Will Change.

The concept is simple if you don’t do anything different in your life nothing will change. So why do we forget? Why do we think doing the exact same thing over and over again will get us different results? This quote is most commonly attributed to Albert Einstein saying the definition of insanity is doing the exact same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Look it’s simple if you change nothing in your life then well nothing will change. If you want to loss weight but you don’t start exercising or changing the way you eat, you’re not going to get any skinnier. That is just logical. But just because it’s simple doesn’t mean it’s easy. Often the simplest things are the hardest. Like getting up in the morning or going to the gym when you don’t want to. You know you should, but that doesn’t make it any easier.
