Don’t Stop Because You’re Tired.
One value that I have learned more of while working here at summer camp. Is to keep working even when you don’t want to. When you are tired, hungry, and just done with the people around you. Because the work still needs to be done and no one is going to do it for you. An example of this is a thing we call midnight cleaning. Where we clean the places that campers won’t be in the morning. No one really wants to do it. But everyone does it because the more people the faster we go. I’m always so tired at that point, but it’s the times like midnight cleaning that are the most important to stick with it.
