Beauty From Pain
Everyone knows the old saying, “Beauty is painful.” That is a very interesting idea. Because it basically means inorder to have beauty there must be pain. Now in the modern world when you think of beauty a lot of people think the beauty industry and celebrities. Looking at those things as a definition then your conclusion would seem justified that beauty is painful. Like how a lot of celebrities have eating disorders because of how skinny they feel they need to be. Plus don’t forget the plastic surgery business which makes a killing figuratively on said beautiful people who think they need to be more beautiful. That is painful as well. So from those examples the saying could be considered true. The only problem is it’s not an absolute true. In that sense beauty can be painful true. But you don’t need pain to be beautiful. Look at flowers they are gorgeous they don’t cause pain and yet they are still beautiful. Beauty can be painful but that doesn’t mean you have to have pain inorder to be beautiful. When you think of a beautiful person some people see what they look like, but others look at who they are on the inside. Have you ever looked at a person and thought wow they are attractive, but then the person opened their mouth and their appearance practically morphed in front of your face? All because of a few words. It’s a bit cheesy but it’s also true that people don’t only look at the outside for beauty. Sometime pain can be beautiful but don’t fall for the trap mindset that inorder to be beautiful you have to endure pain. Because beauty can be found if you’ve chosen to look close enough.
