Screen-agers
It always gives a pause when I’m doing something fun or cool and I see a bunch of people on their phones. Teens do this all the stinking time. I always think why don’t you get off your phone and actually experience this awesome thing for yourself. Sometimes they are videoing what we’re doing and that seems useless. All they are doing is limiting their experience to what is shown on the tiny phone screen. I mean in order for your video to not be trash you normally have to pay attention to what is happening on the screen rather than what’s in real life. So you experience it through the camera on your phone instead of through your actual eyes. It’s kinda sad, but I mean think about it how many people do that everyday? Probably millions honestly. Then do they ever really revisit said videos? Maybe like once or twice but not very often and not much more beyond that probably. I haven’t even started talking about the people who just glue themselves to their phones and never look up no matter what. Those people have an entirely different set of issues on their own. So here is your challenge. Stop living life through your phone screen. Put it down and forget about the likes for a while. Experience life and all it’s beauty without distraction of the little screen and see how much more you catch because of it.
