Portfolio Project Ideas

I am in week 4 of Praxis and we are doing a bit of planning for a portfolio project.

So here are some ideas I liked.

Create a marketing strategy for my book using targeted quizzes and facebook adds. The idea is to figure out which ones are the most effective. (I feel like this would be a valuable thing to experiment with and learn.)
Do the Inktober drawing challenge. An art challenge where you only use pen and ink and create a sperate drawing every single day for the month of October. I would film every day’s drawing and create a speed art videos. The videos would have voice-overs and of me talking about different motivational topics. The point of this would be to test a different kind of video and promote my youtube channel as well as bump it up in the youtube analytics. (I really like this idea because the word portfolio makes me think of specifically an art setting)
Read 3 sales books and review them. Plus show ways a company can implement some of the strategies I learned easily. (I love to read and this would be an enjoyable topic for me to continue my understanding of this subject)
Research influencers for the audience I have in mind for my book and send them copies of my book asking them to talk about and/or review it on their various platforms. (This is a very effective way to get your brand out there to an audience you don’t normally have access to.)
Learn how to use SEO for my various website, youtube channel and facebook page. (I know any kind of business would do well to have this kind of knowledge to help them)

I feel like all of these are great ways to show I can create value in different ways.
