Action Creates Motivation
In this world, there are two types of people. The ones who hit snooze 7 times first thing every day before finally rolling out of bed, and aliens. Just kidding the second type are the people who get up and do something productive first thing in the morning.
In the past, my mornings have consisted of sitting in bed not wanting to get up. But lately, I have started my day with 2 lessons of drivers ed. This is something I have needed to do for a while but never got around to. Since I have started this morning routine I have become more motivated and therefore productive.
Let’s look at this idea that Action creates motivation.
By choosing to take action first thing in the morning my motivation level has been higher all day. You would get the same effect if you workout first thing in the morning. This idea is very common among highly successful people like Caleb Maddix, (a 16-year-old self-made millionaire) Grant Cardon, (a multi-million sales training expert) and others. The point is, hugely successful people start their days with action. I’m not saying this is the only thing keeping you from being a millionaire. But increasing your productivity is a step in the right direction.
What is your morning like? Do you hit the snooze 7 times or do you start your day with something productive? Up until recently, I was the first person. But I really like how I feel when I start my days by taking action. You’ve seen how it works for me now it’s your turn. Try it and see for yourself. I think you’ll like it.
