Color Coder Personality Test

Most people have heard of the Myers Briggs personality test and the Enneagram personality test. But one I found that is not as well-known is called the Color Code Personality Test. Unlike the other two tests that only look at behavior, the Color Code looks at the underlying motivation for actions and behavior. This means it can be used in addition to the two tests I mentioned before. So how does the Color Code theory work exactly? There are 4 colors that each represent a different motivation. Everyone has a percent of all the colors but of course, there is only one that is primary or has a higher percentage than the others. Here are the colors and what they mean.

  • Red = Respect
  • Blue = Love
  • Yellow = Fun
  • White = Comfort

Your color is the one that you value the most. The thing that motivates most of your actions. Over the next few days I’ll be explaining each color in more detail. If you want to take the Color Code Test here is the link.

Let my know what your color is in the comments below and stay tuned for more details on each color!
